UI/UX Designer
Senior React/React Native Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for mobile and web applications. This role requires a self-starter with excellent visual design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex concepts into user-friendly experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to define user needs, project goals, and technical requirements.
- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and other relevant design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Design intuitive navigation, information architecture, and user interfaces that optimize usability and accessibility.
- Apply established UI/UX best practices and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale.
- Ensure designs are responsive and adaptable to various screen sizes and devices.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Contribute to the overall user experience strategy of the company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web application design.
- Proficiency in Figma (essential) and other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, etc.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Knowledge of design systems and style guides.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design methodologies.
- Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and best practices.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with user research methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus (understanding how designs translate to code).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior React / React Native Engineer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building complex web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and associated libraries. You will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining innovative front-end applications, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using React and React Native frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create seamless, user-centric applications.
- Architect and build efficient, reusable, and scalable code that adheres to best practices.
- Integrate third-party libraries and APIs into applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability across multiple devices and platforms.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the team’s best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in React, React Native, and related technologies.
- Write and maintain clear documentation for code and development processes.
- Work in an agile environment, delivering high-quality code in short iterations.
- Ensure the applications are responsive and compatible with different screen sizes and resolutions.
- Advocate for and enforce high coding standards and maintain a consistent codebase.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2+ years) with React, React Native, and JavaScript (ES6+) (essential).
- Strong understanding of component-based architectures and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, Context API).
- Experience with popular React Native tools, such as Expo, React Navigation, and Native Modules.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6/ES7).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other methods of API integration.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows (e.g., GitFlow, Pull Requests).
- Experience with testing frameworks and tools like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
- Understanding of mobile-specific development practices and challenges (performance optimization, device compatibility, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver on deadlines.
- Deployment of applications in App Store and Google Play Store.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) and bridging between native code and React Native.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Firebase.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and working closely with design teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
